Phil Williams
Phil Williams is a British broadcaster and journalist with more than thirty years of experience on national radio. His career has ranged from presenting five and a half hours of live coverage following the Manchester Arena attack to producing a world-exclusive documentary with the Rolling Stones in 2002. He is also the creator and host of the podcast Books on the Beach, which aims to encourage even casual readers to discover great books and has featured guests including Michael Connelly, Lynda La Plante and Anthony Horowitz. In 2025, Phil was diagnosed with binge eating disorder and has since been undergoing psychotherapy.
