Mario Limaduran
Mario Limaduran is the Culinary Director for Trifecta Nutrition, where he leads culinary innovation and product development for one of America's largest health-focused meal delivery companies. He holds an associate degree in Culinary Arts and a bachelor's degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. Throughout his career, Mario has worked at the intersection of culinary arts, nutrition and athletic performance, including developing programs for the UFC Performance Institute and creating meals for professional and elite athletes. His work focuses on translating nutrition science into practical, sustainable eating habits that support health, performance and longevity.
