
Nate Wilkins
Nathaniel “Nate” Wilkins, a U.S. Navy veteran and former Parks and Recreation administrator, is committed to reshaping the conversation around men’s health and aging. Co-creator of The Ageless Workout and founder of several wellness enterprises, he holds degrees from Kansas State University and the University of Kansas, as well as what he calls a PhD from the “University of Hard Knocks.” With over 27 years in public service and later managing fitness programs at luxury resorts, Nate is now focused on health, wellness, and healing. An educator, coach, and speaker, he inspires others to pursue longevity and a vibrant quality of life.
